  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger rolls
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 4 slices red onion


  1. Combine ground beef, ketchup, hamburger seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into patties.
  2. Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 ┬░F).
  3. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
  4. Toast rolls if desired, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
  5. Serve with tomato, lettuce, onion, and mustard.
