  • 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thin slices
  • 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 spray cooking spray


  1. Heat oven to 400 ┬░F.
  2. Cook chicken, bell pepper and onion in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
  3. Spread pizza crust with barbecue sauce; top with chicken mixture and cheese. Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted.
