  • 8 stalks asparagus
  • 8 slices prosciutto, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-wide strips
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 oF.
  2. Wrap a strip of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, creating a long, spiral effect.
  3. Place the spears on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with the oil and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 5 or 6 minutes.
  6. Transfer carefully to a plate and serve drizzled with the balsamic vinegar.
