Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Grease a 10-inch pie pan or baking dish generously with butter. Set aside.
  3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until the mixture is smooth and without a single lump.
  4. Pour the mixture in the greased pie pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the center of the pie appears slightly higher than the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  7. Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day.
