  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder, boneless
  • 2 teaspoons serrano chili pepper, minced
  • 3/4 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup steak sauce
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 ounces flat rice noodles
  • 8 cups fresh broccoli, cut into 3-inch lengths
  • 1 teaspoon serrano chili pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


  1. Heat the oil in the electric pressure cooker using the SautĂ© function.
  2. Add meat; cook 5 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.
  3. Mix together with the minced peppers, dressing, steak sauce, garlic and ginger until blended. Pour dressing mixture over meat; close and lock lid. Using Pressure Cooker function, cook on High 1 hour and 5 minutes. 
  4. Use Quick Release method to carefully vent steam before opening lid. Use tongs to remove meat from cooker and place in a bowl; cool slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, skim and discard fat from surface of meat drippings remaining in cooker; reserve drippings for later use.
  6. Shred meat. Add meat drippings; mix lightly. Cover to keep warm.
  7. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Add 1 cup water to cooker.
  8. Place steam rack in cooker; top with broccoli. Close and lock lid. Using Steaming function, cook 2 minutes. Use Quick Release method to carefully vent steam before opening lid. Remove broccoli from the cooker. 
  9. Place noodles on platter; top with meat mixture, broccoli, and sliced peppers.
  10. Sprinkle with cilantro.
