  • 1 Hass avocado, halved, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 6 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Tajin Mexican Seasoning
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 honeydew melon, cut 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups red, yellow or orange bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups diced cucumber


  1. Purée the avocado, orange juice, lime juice and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in the tajin spice, and set aside.  
  3. Combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, cucumbers and bell peppers in large serving bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over salad mixture, and toss gently to coat.
