  • 4 cups frozen sweet potato fries, unseasoned
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 spray cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 425 ┬░F, or as directed on package.
  2. Toss sweet potato fries with oil in a bowl. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and rosemary; toss to coat well.
  3. Spread in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake as directed on package. Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, turning to coat evenly.
