Raspberry-Peach Frozen Pops

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups peach, sliced, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry extract


  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan on medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Pour the syrup into a blender jar.
  4. Add the frozen peach slices and raspberry extract.
  5. Cover, then blend on high speed until smooth.
  6. Pour into small molds with sticks.
  7. Freeze 4 hours, or overnight or until firm.
