  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ┬░F.
  2. Mix the flour, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in the flour mixture on low speed until well mixed.
  5. Stir in the oats.
  6. Crumble into large pieces onto 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
  7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until crisp.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Stir in the raisins and walnuts.
  10. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
