  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 clove chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Add the ground chicken, avocado chunks, garlic, panko, minced jalpeno, salt and pepper to a large bowl, and toss gently.
  2. Shape into patties and grill, flipping once.
