Shake, bake and devour sugar snap pea crisps. Coated in a tasty mixture of grated Parmesan cheese and herbs and spices, this oh-so-munchy snack will have kids and adults coming back for more.
Amount Per Serving
1/3cupshredded Parmesan cheese
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
2cupssugar snap peas
Mix the Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Set aside.
Beat the egg and garlic powder together in a medium bowl.
Add the sugar snap peas to the egg mixture, then toss to coat well.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the sugar snap peas and place them in the bag with the cheese mixture. Shake to coat well.
Arrange the sugar snap peas in a single layer on a large foil-lined baking sheet that's been treated with cooking spray. Discard any remaining egg and cheese mixture.
Broil 10 minutes, or until coating is golden brown.
