  • 4 teaspoons McCormick Grill Mates 25% Less Sodium Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 pounds boneless sirloin steak


  1. Mix the steak seasoning, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oil and red wine in a small bowl.
  2. Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add the marinade, then turn to coat well.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes, or longer for extra flavor. Remove the steak from the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
