  • 4 cups kale
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line an uninsulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. With a knife or kitchen shears, carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems of the kale, and tear into bite-size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves with a salad spinner.
  3. Drizzle the kale with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burned, 10 to 15 minutes.
