  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 22 1/2 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 sprays cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ┬░F.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 pieces at a time in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Place biscuit pieces in a 10-cup Bundt pan that's been treated with cooking spray.
  5. Mix the leftover cinnamon-sugar mixture with the melted butter.
  6. Pour mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool in the pan 5 minutes.
  9. Invert onto a serving plate.
  10. Serve warm.
