Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons dried ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ┬░F.
  2. For the cocktail meatballs, combine the gravy mix, ground beef, horseradish, parsley, basil and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a foil-lined baking pan.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, for the honey-mustard sauce, place the ground mustard in a small bowl. Stir to break up any lumps. Add the mayonnaise and honey, then stir until smooth.
  6. Serve the sauce with the meatballs.
