  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided in half
  • 1 packet McCormick Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 sprays cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (optional)
  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 12 celery stalks, cut into serving size pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ┬░F.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the Cheddar cheese, and the seasoning mix in a medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Stir in the chicken.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a pie plate that's been treated with cooking spray. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Sprinkle with bleu cheese.
