  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick


  1. Mix the oil, wine, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place the pork in a large, resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add the marinade, then turn to coat well.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
  4. Remove pork from the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  5. Broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
