  • 2 cups lowfat milk
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup coffee, hot, strong brew
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


  1. Bring the milk, sugar and canned pumpkin to simmer in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into blender jar.
  3. Add the coffee, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. With center part of blender cover removed to let steam escape, blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour into mugs. Serve immediately.
