  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe


  1. Mix the honey, lemon juice and ginger in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Place the honeydew, grapes, strawberries and cantaloupe in a large serving bowl.
  3. Add dressing, then toss gently to coat. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
