  • 14 ounces pie crust, 2 refrigerated crusts
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, cold, cut into small pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 ┬░F.
  2. Prepare the pie crusts as directed on package for a two-crust pie, using a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Add the blueberries, raspberries and lemon juice, then toss gently.
  5. Spoon the berry mixture into a crust-lined pie plate. Dot with butter pieces. Top with second pie crust.
  6. Seal and flute edge. Cut small slits in the top crust.
  7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
