  • 16 extra-large or jumbo raw shrimp (deveined)
  • 16 slices bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons creole seasoning, season to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 ┬░F. Line a baking pan with foil. Place a baking rack in the pan.
  2. Wrap each shrimp with 1 slice of bacon. Place shrimp on the rack.
  3. Lightly sprinkle both sides with Creole seasoning. Let stand 15 minutes
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp around the edges and shrimp turn pink.
  5. Serve warm.


This can be prepared in the morning and put in the oven just before serving.
