  • 1 pound boneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables, thawed
  • 1 spray cooking spray


  1. Blend soy sauce, vinegar, oil, ginger and garlic in shallow dish.
  2. Add pork; marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Spray a large skillet with vegetable spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add pork; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir the water and vegetables into pork.
  5. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
