  • 1/4 cup avocado, pitted, sliced
  • 1 cup mango, pitted, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint, frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cups ice, crushed


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, adding ice last. 
  2. Puree until smooth, and serve.
  3. Enjoy!


You can also make smoothies with a hand blender (immersion blender). Fill the cup only 2/3 full to leave room for air to be incorporated into the drink.
