  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 12 mini burger slider buns, split and toasted
  • 3 leaves head of romaine lettuce, torn in quarters
  • 12 slices tomato
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Sprinkle pork on all sides with the seasoning.
  2. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, turning once, until the pork is browned, about one and a half minutes on each side.
  3. Mix yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  4. Place the tenderloin on roll, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce.
