  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard


  1. Place the bacon in a skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
  2. Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, and place in a small bowl.
  3. Mash the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir in the mustard.
  4. Fill the egg-white halves with the yolk mixture, and refrigerate until serving.
