Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian-style panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon lowfat milk
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 ┬░F. Put breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Beat egg and milk in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Then, coat evenly on both sides with breadcrumbs. Discard any remaining egg mixture and breadcrumbs. 
  2. Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle chicken evenly with melted butter.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cook time.
