  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Sauté onions in melted butter until translucent.
  2. Pour in beaten eggs and stir to scramble.
  3. When eggs are almost done, add tomatoes and feta and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until cheese is melted.
