  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 spray cooking spray
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 450 ┬░F.
  2. Mix the Old Bay, dill and onion powder in a small bowl.
  3. Place fish, skin-side down, in a light baking pan treated with cooking spray. Lightly brush fish with oil.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
