Ingredients

  • 16 ounces catfish fillet, fillet
  • 2 Tablespoons creole seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges
  • 2 sprays cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rinse the fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Spray both sides and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Place the fillets on a sprayed broiler pan about 5 inches from heat.
  4. Broil each side for about 6 minutes or until fish is crispy and flakes easily with fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
