  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons butter


  1. Set up your steamer in the pot, fill to just below the steamer or colander or plate. Turn on high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, place the carrots within, place the lid askew on top of the pot, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. While the carrots steam, heat the rest of the ingredients in a microwave or on stovetop until well blended.
  4. Remove the carrots from the steamer, drizzle with the dressing, and enjoy.
