Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ┬░F.
  2. Place the asparagus on a large baking sheet with sides.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil; roll in oil to coat the asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan.
  5. Roast about 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp tender and cheese begins to brown.
